Bamboo Bookstore Cafe

Housing Works is a non-profit organization that has as its main goal the fight against AIDS and homelessness.

The aim of this project was to design a new bookstore cafe for the organization Housing Works. Our location for the project was 202 5TH Avenue in New York. I based my design entirely in the structure and the functionality of Bamboo. Being completely sustainable I explored the patterns found in the bamboo plant to finalize my design.
